Our First Weston Dental Team

I earned my DDS degree from Creighton University in 1983 and immediately relocated to the community of Bonaventure in western Broward County. As soon as professional office space became available in the new Weston development, I opened my first private dental practice at Country Isles Plaza in 1986. When I was able to bring in an associate dentist, I then had the opportunity to apply what I had learned to design and open my second office in the Lakes Plaza Shopping Center in 1996. 

Due to our growth, and the desire to be more conventionally located to our patients from Weston, Davie, Sunrise, Plantation, and beyond, we relocated our office to the Commerce Parkway Professional Center in 2013. At our new location we also offer Sleep Apnea Treatment as part of affiliation with Chase Dental SleepCare which was established in New York by Dr Barry Chase. In 2018 I earned the status of a Diplomat of the American Board of Dental Sleep Medicine (ABDSM). I treat patients suffering from snoring and obstructive sleep apnea using oral appliance therapy which is covered by most insurance plans. As an ABDSM member I have access to latest educational resources on the treatment of snoring and obstructive sleep apnea.

Two twin themes have fueled the dental practice’s growth for over 30 years—that of respect and commitment to our patients, and my respect and commitment to the wonderful staff that allows me to provide expert dental care to you the patient. My staff and I respect your valuable time and always strive to see you at your appointed time. We are committed to earning and retaining your confidence in our treatment, whether it’s been 25 years since your last dental visit, or if you just need a simple cleaning. To this end, we are continually evaluating and researching the latest technologies and treatments that will make your visit more pleasant and provide you with superior results. Therefore, I take my responsibility to keep up with the latest dental developments and technologies, and to maintain and improve my professional skills, very seriously. I have been married to my wife, Ruth, since 1978. Ruth manages the corporate financial aspects of the practice and was instrumental in the design and build-out of our current office. She also has a hobby of raising the beautiful orchids that you will find in the office. We are both active in several ministries at St. Bonaventure Church, as we share the philosophy that we should give back to the community through service.

My son, Ryan Pyle arrived in 1991. He graduated from Rice University (engineering department) with a degree in CAMM (computational and applied mathematics) and is currently working on his PHD in applied mathematics at Notre Dame. He enjoys swimming, hiking, playing the trumpet and all sorts of math and science related activities. We are proud of the fact that he has achieved the Eagle rank in the Boy Scouts, and graduated from Pine Crest School as Salutatorian. Our family is completed Millie, our toy schnauzer.

One of life’s most difficult challenges is to create a balance between work, family and leisure, while having time for self, and community or church service. I feel blessed that I have been able to achieve this because of the help of the warm and wonderful team that works with me. I feel that it is their passion, warmth and dedication to patients that makes our practice unique.

I have been with the practice since December 1988, having just moved to Weston from Westchester County NY as a newlywed. Now over 33 years later I am still passionate about what I do here. Over the years I have helped put together a wonderful team of experienced staff. Their attention to technical detail and quality along with a personal touch makes me thankful to be a part of Weston’s first dental practice. Dr Pyle and Dr Aylmer are always gentle with their patients and take time to get to know everyone individually. It is so nice to come to work feeling like you are part of a family.

I am especially thrilled to be able to coordinate the treatment of sleep apnea with oral dental appliances. Adding this treatment option to our practice has been so rewarding to me personally, as I have the responsibility to follow-up with the sleep apnea patients we have treated to hear their testimony of how dramatically their lives have been improved by using the oral appliance and getting the first night of restful sleep in years.

I am here to help facilitate your treatment and comfort at our office in any way I can, whether it be discussing treatment options, insurance questions or billing policies. Also, if you just want to talk and look at the beautiful fish and corals, I am here for you. As a member of the American Association of Dental Office Management (AADOM) I am continually pursuing ways to  make your visit the absolute best!

I have been married to my husband Paul since 1987. He is a golf course superintendent and an avid golfer. We have been blessed with 3 girls Molly, Sophie, and Emma and now 2 wonderful Son in laws. In my spare time (which I have little of) I enjoy gardening, decorating, and cooking.

It is such a pleasure to be part of this warm and caring team. I look forward to speaking and meeting with you soon!

I graduated from Palm Beach State College in 2004 with my degree in Dental Hygiene. My husband and I were married in 2007 and we have two beautiful sons. After living in New Jersey for a few years, we settled back in Florida and call Weston our home.

I stay active watching my boys' baseball and soccer games, cheering on the Dolphins, and cruising every chance we get.

As a caring, gentle, and thorough hygienist I am devoted to creating lasting relationships. I love educating our patients how to achieve and maintain their oral health.

I was born and raised in South Florida. I grew up less than a mile from the beach and enjoy anything that has to do with the outdoors and water. I love going out on my boat, diving and fishing. I also like to travel and love learning about new cultures.

I was born and raised in South Florida in the Weston area and still do to this day. In my free time you will usually find me somewhere outdoors, whether riding side by side in the Everglades or boating on the Ocean.

My husband Paul and I have been married since 2007. Both native Floridians, we are thrilled to be raising our son Mason and daughter Makayla in beautiful Weston.

In our free time we enjoy going to the beach, finding the best ice cream places and of course going to Disney!
